Riveria City is a commercial development located in the heart of Brickfields, spearheaded by Titijaya Land Berhad and Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, in collaboration with Prasarana. The project will consist of small office home office (SoHo), serviced apartment, office and retail units, spread across 4 towers stretching as high as 45 storeys.

The mixed development will see units with built-ups ranging from 255 sf to 900 sf, as well as rooftop facilities. Priced from RM325,000 onwards, the project is suitable for students, young adults or adults studying and working in the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The later phases will be able to fit small to medium-sized families.

Riveria City’s facilities cover almost every aspect of a general city dweller's lifestyle. There is a barbecue area and a function lawn for social gatherings to take place, while a children’s playground is also included for young ones to enjoy. There will also be a tai-chi and reflexology area, for tenants who are looking for a slower-paced workout and wellness activity. Within the pool area sits a swimming pool, wading pool, a jacuzzi, as well as a changing room, which will be shared with the gym. A games room and a reading room are also part of the facilities list, for residents who are looking for a different form of escapism. There is also a nursery included, so parents will not have to worry about going too far for childcare services.

Riveria City is a unique project as it is to be a transit-oriented development, sharing its site close to the Tun Sambathan monorail station. The station also connects to the KL Sentral transportation hub, the main station where all the trains meet. It is also close to the city centre, which means there are tonnes of amenities that can be reached via a short drive, or a train ride. Amenities that are within the city centre include various malls such as KLCC, Avenue K, and Nu Sentral, government offices, as well as national landmarks such as Dataran Merdeka and the National Museum.

Apart from the railway, Riveria City can be easily accessed from the Federal Highway, which will have direct access once the development is completed. Other highways nearby include the East-West Link Expressway, the LEKAS Highway, and the Maju Expressway (MEX), connecting residents to other townships in Klang Valley, such as Sri Petaling, Petaling Jaya, Damansara and Sungai Buloh.
