Roseville is a pleasant residential neighbourhood located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Slated for completion in 2017, the development will feature a collection of 220 contemporary landed homes. Roseville is also located close to the Maktab Perguruan Sultan Abdul Halim.
In terms of accessibility, Jalan Kuala Kechil or Route 67, connects Roseville to the town centre of Sungai Petani, which is about a 20 minutes’ journey away. About 15 minutes away is access to the North-South Expressway (NSE), which then links south to Penang and north towards other towns in Kedah as well as the north most state of Perlis. With that, Seberang Perai on the Penang mainland is approximately 45 minutes away.
