Further down the main road of Jalan Kuala Ketil is the Econsave Bandar Puteri Jaya. To add, there is also a good number of schools in the area, which include SMK Bandar Puteri Jaya, SK Sungai Pasir Kechil, SMK Sungai Pasir Kechil, and SJK (C) Min Terk among others. Roseville is also located close to the Maktab Perguruan Sultan Abdul Halim.

In terms of accessibility, Jalan Kuala Kechil or Route 67, connects Roseville to the town centre of Sungai Petani, which is about a 20 minutes’ journey away. About 15 minutes away is access to the North-South Expressway (NSE), which then links south to Penang and north towards other towns in Kedah as well as the north most state of Perlis. With that, Seberang Perai on the Penang mainland is approximately 45 minutes away.
