Saujana Damansara is one of the many developments of the infamous Talam Corporation Berhad, now renamed to Talam Transform Berhad. Even though it is a gated and guarded development, many potential buyers nevertheless do not feel comfortable as the housing area is surrounded by low cost developments. On top of that, many also voice their concerns regarding the developer’s reputation where they fear that the construction of the houses may not be sound and of good quality.
