Within walking distance of the township lies a row of industrial lots, which consists of a car dealership, a sports centre, a hotel and office buildings. Another advantage of investing in units in SD2 is it is nearby Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Baru Sri Damansara. The main town centre of Bandar Sri Damansara is only 10 minutes away, where there are more amenities offered.

SD2 is also fortunate to be located within the 1st phase of the Mass Rapid Transit stations, with the Kepong Sentral MRT station being just a stone’s throw away from the township. The township is also located adjacent to the Kepong-Selayang Highway, which also connects to the Damansara-Puchong Highway, that leads to other townships such as Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, and Subang Jaya.
