SD2, is a township located in Bandar Sri Damansara. The township is rather small, but comes with a complete set of amenities and accommodations, that come hand in hand with each other.
Most of the properties that make Bandar Sri Damansara are residential properties. The residential areas that are in SD2 consist of single and double-storey terrace houses. Commercial areas are located at both ends of the township, which will be convenient for the tenants, since the township is seperated in the middle by a hill, that houses the Kepong Karkun Archery Park (also known as Tapak Memanah Karkun Kepong).
Apart from the amenities inside the township, which consists of a healthy mix of restaurants, convenience stalls, mini markets and service centres, SD2 is located strategically to a number of amenities outside of the township as well. Within walking distance of the township lies a row of industrial lots, which consists of a car dealership, a sports centre, a hotel and office buildings. Another advantage of investing in units in SD2 is it is nearby Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Baru Sri Damansara. The main town centre of Bandar Sri Damansara is only 10 minutes away, where there are more amenities offered.
SD2 is also fortunate to be located within the 1st phase of the Mass Rapid Transit stations, with the Kepong Sentral MRT station being just a stone’s throw away from the township. The township is also located adjacent to the Kepong-Selayang Highway, which also connects to the Damansara-Puchong Highway, that leads to other townships such as Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, and Subang Jaya.
