Exclusively targeted only to the upper income bracket is Sé Terra, a condominium development that developers proudly claim to be “Exclusive Boutique Homes”. Their statement is well claimed, as Sé Terra comes with an extremely low density, over the top landscaping and well thought of facilities.
Nevertheless, as much as these homes are extremely well located central to the township of Bandar Utama, its surroundings are slightly less than appealing as it is surrounded by many low-cost village type of houses which is a major turn-off for many potential buyers.
Its main access road which is Jalan Masjid also has a tendency to be badly congested during peak hours, as there are several multinational companies nearby such as the Plaza IBM located just down the road; while the roads on Friday afternoons also tend to get rather congested as there is a mosque nearby and a large majority of the population in the area are Malays.
