Section 4 is a township in Kota Damansara which consists of residential areas with single and double storey terraces, shop offices, serviced residences and a few low-cost apartments. Most of the residences in the area are rather matured, such as Gugusan Matahari and Gugusan Semarak apartments, Villa Damansara terrace houses, D’Shire Villa low-density apartment complex, as well as I-Residence serviced apartment.
The area itself has a number of facilities, scattered with small parks that has children’s playgrounds, with some having futsal courts and multi-purpose sports courts as well. Some of the residential areas have 24-hour security services, mainly the high-rise buildings.
Tenants of Section 4 will have access to all sorts of amenities. Within the area, there are a few shop lots that house restaurants, service centres, cafes, convenience stores, mini-marts and workshops. On the other hand, schools like SMK Seksyen 4 is located in the centre of Section 4, this would be an advantage for families with school-going children who are looking for a property nearby.
The development can be considered extremely fortunate to be surrounded by many of Kota Damansara’s entertainment hubs and business centre. SEGi University and the Sri KDU international school are located just outside of the development, enabling investors to target students as their prospects. For social hotspots, where cafes, bars, restaurants and other commercial outlets are available, Sunway Giza, Sunway Nexis and The Strand are just a short drive away. Other shopping centres and entertainment hubs within an arm's length include the likes of 1 Utama, The Curve, Ikano Power Centre and IKEA Mutiara Damansara.
Section 4 can be easily accessed via the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the North-South Highway (NSE). It can also be reached via the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Although traffic may be a bit of a problem in area of Kota Damansara, other transportation alternatives such as the Kota Damansara and Surian MRT stations are available.
