Selayang Springs is supposed to be a condominium located very far in the outskirts of Selayang, a factor that turned off more than one buyer. Its sales was also said to be quite bad during its launch, understandably so when a visitor to this condominium’s showroom then lost all interest in the project after his visit. Due to the extremely bad response to this development, the project was abandoned in the year 2013; hence the developer’s name is now officially on the government’s blacklist of property developers.
