Setia EcoHill 2 is a master development measuring more than 1,000 acres, established by a notable Malaysian developer in Semenyih, Selangor. Its predecessor, Setia EcoHill, was officially launched in 2013 and became a huge hit among property buyers for the competitive prices of its properties – not to mention the prestige associated with the developer company.

Targeted to cater for the 300,000 residents of Setia EcoHill and Setia EcoHill 2, EcoHill Walk will have 2,000 parking bays, passive cooling features and tight security.
Other amenities in the vicinity of Setia EcoHill 2 include Club 360°, a sprawling clubhouse with recreational facilities like pools, sports courts, a gym and an education centre, while a Tesco hypermarket is less than 10 minutes away.
The connectivity of Setia EcoHill 2 is considerably good, especially with the RM80 million-worth LEKAS-EcoHill Link, which has an extension to Setia EcoHill 2 that cost RM50 million to build. The link and other connecting roads provide convenient ways to towns where facilities and business opportunities exist like Kajang, Cheras, Puchong, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur and even Seremban.
