Sfera Residency is a 2.4-acre integrated high rise development located in Puchong South at the emerging Southern Corridor of Klang Valley. It is expected to be the tallest housing development in Puchong with high connectivity supported by several major expressways. Designed to be in the heart of all happenings in this bustling town, Sfera Residency is close to everything of importance.

The closest medical centre is Hospital Serdang and Columbia Asia Medical Centre, while the universities close to home are University Putra Malaysia (UPM), Limkokwing University and Multimedia University (MMU) and close to home is the Australian International School, Alice Smith International School and Nexus International School.
