Spring Avenue is a low density development strategically located in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park in Kuchai Lama. It is a home that is designed for convenience, situated in the middle of the city with shops on the ground floor and a multi-storey parking lot for residents. There is everything from good food to car wash shops within a stone’s throw from home, making it the ideal home for those who seek convenience of lifestyle.

Kuchai Lama is already a popular name in the property market among buyers and investors alike for their lifestyle conveniences or investment, respectively. It is an area which its prices have been increasing in the recent years due to its convenient location between 5 and 10 minutes of the Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Highway, SMART Tunnel and New Klang Valley Expressway. These highways place the Kuala Lumpur City Centre at less than 15 minutes away from Spring Avenue and Petaling Jaya at approximately 20 minutes.

All units offered by Spring Avenue are one size that fits everyone, is partially furnished and comes with two parking bays with the direction of the units facing east. The developer of Spring Avenue defines the property as a ‘jewel in the sky’ and promises to provide style, comfort, and convenience all under one roof with a reasonable price.

Potential buyers will however want to note that this development is located literally opposite the NSK hypermarket and is also within close walking distance to the Ajinomoto factory. The main road leading to Spring Avenue is normally also a quagmire of traffic congestion where it is typical to hear the blaring of irate drivers' horns at as early as seven in the morning.

As such, Spring Avenue would probably do well in the rental market to foreigners, otherwise families should stay away from this development or suffer the same fate as De Tropicana Condominium down the road where the majority of its residents are female foreigners from Thailand and China with questionable occupations, Ajinomoto factory and NSK hypermarket workers.

If Kuchai Avenue was bad, this is WORSE! What's it gonna be?? an NSK cum ajinomoto hostel?! the road here is SO BAD in the morning also, cannot move at ALL! HORRIBLE!! It's located literally opposite NSK!!
