Spring Ville is a high density development located in the popular neighbourhood of Ukay Perdana in Ampang. The completion of Spring Ville in 2011 had left a bitter taste among the buyers who had to wait years before the property was completed. This was due to the fact that the project was initially handled by Talam Corporation, the developer with an infamously bad reputation.
The progress of Spring Ville was halted on so many occasions which led to a delay for buyers to get the keys to their units, resulting in many selling off the units below market rate as they were unwilling to wait so long. However, for those who have patiently waited for the completion of the property, are now able to sub-let the units as a form of investment.
