Sri Angsana Hilir is a low cost condominium located in the city within Desa Pandan. It is a very well built and very centrally located condominium, with easy access to a variety of major highways where on clear days residents can get to the city centre in only 15 minutes. This is however where the convenience all ends, as Sri Angsana Hilir is said to be tenanted by many migrants.
In June of 2010, a raid was carried out in Block C of the development where there were many residents who claimed to have lost many of their belongings. Residents also complain that the building is not well maintained, with the rubbish being uncollected and the swimming pool being filthy and not fit for swimming. Maintenance is also said to be bad with the lifts breaking down and spoiled lights being unreplaced, resulting in the value of this property being extremely low.
