Obviously one of the older condominium developments in Ampang Hilir is Sri Mahkota, a development that was targeted to the upmarket but shows its age considerably through its backdated designs and less than well-kept facades.
Nevertheless due to its prime location on the Embassy Row, Sri Mahkota has appreciated greatly in value over the years despite its serious lack of facilities which is not justified in the ridiculously high maintenance fees.
