Sri Putramas II is the successor of Sri Putramas I, which it is located just beside. Also known as Royal Domain, these homes are far more sought after than Sri Putramas I, for their purportedly better designs. It comprises of four blocks, namely Kingsgate, Kingsbury, Queensgate and Queensbury.

Its location in the heart of the city with numerous access roads is fantastic, but unfortunately the quality of the building is not as admirable with water leaks in units and tiles that pop out due to bad workmanship.
