Summer Suites is one of the unique type of offices in Malaysia, a Versatile Office Suite (VOS). It is also known as Menara Solaris, and in lieu of its name there is much greenery scattered around and within the development. With a total of 800 parking lots, the rental of each lot is RM180 per month, with no free parking lots per unit. Combined with its fairly affordable prices and central location, Summer Suites is one of the very much sought after commercial buildings in the city.

This is more like an office layout, and owners use it more like air bnb... alot of travellers stay there for short term. Cleaniness ok, but layout not very nice. although i m just renting. Horrible traffic during after work, but its expected in this area...... See More
parking is so expensive, and the unit doesnt come with one. Hence all must pay minimum rm 180 a month on top for random parking. The main doors to the apartment looks exactly like an office building door... but ugly in this sense.. due to alot of air bnb and travellers, this place does not feel that safe, since the cards allow everyone to go to any floor.
