Taman Bunga Raya is one of the housing developments in Bukit Beruntung, dedicated mainly to the lower and lower middle income bracket. While these homes make not a good investment, they are however ideally affordable properties. The residents of this neighbourhood do not usually face any issues; however in October 2014, there was a landslide close to Teratai Apartment which resulted in 2,000 residents being evacuated from the area.
