Taman Bunga Raya is a residential neighbourhood off Jalan Pahang, close to the Tapah town centre. It has a similar name to several other developments in Malaysia, such as the ones in Setapak and Bukit Beruntung.
Taman Bunga Raya is an established development, with more than 10 phases launched and more than 500 houses delivered to date. For example, Phase 9, which was completed in 2013, consists of 22' x 70' and 22' x 80' two-storey terrace houses with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, while Phase 10 offers 35' x 80' one and two-storey semi-detached homes.
The one-storey houses in particular are very appropriate for larger and extended families with several generations living under one roof, or even retirees There is ample space and privacy, but one does not need to ascend stairs to get to higher floors. The pitched gable roof is classic, likely appealing to the older generation; at the same time the streamlined design of the home will be liked by the younger generation.
Phase 10 is also known as Tapah's 1st gated and guarded community. It is also built on freehold land that has not been previously developed, making it more attractive for buyers. Yet another draw of Taman Bunga Raya as a whole is its location. As mentioned before, it is near to the town centre, giving residents access to many different kinds of amenities.
For instance, Hospital Tapah, SK Satu, banks, eateries, pharmacies and the wet market are all a short drive away, Governmental buildings can be found just minutes away from Taman Bunga Raya, while a UiTM campus is also situated about 7km or 10 minutes away, with a shuttle bus provided from town. Thus, the houses in the development can also be rented out as accommodation for students or government civil servants.
Furthermore, the development is within close proximity to the trunk road, Jalan Ipoh, as well as the exit to the North-South Expressway. So if you're looking for a mature neighbourhood with a convenient location to stay in, Taman Bunga Raya is a good option.
