Taman Emas is a mixed development located in the cosy town of Kuala Lipis, in the heart of Pahang. The neighbourhood is located on elevated ground, offering views of the surrounding green hills in the distance where a more laid-back lifestyle is possible without having to forego the comforts of urban convenience.
The recently-completed homes at Taman Emas comprise of terraces, semi-detached and bungalow homes. The terraces come in single and double-storey variants while the semi-detached units have choices of single-, one and a half-, as well as double-storey types. The bungalows only come in 2 storeys. Within Phase 2, the 1-storey terraces are 885 sf in built-up space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The double-storey ones are larger, at 1,585 sf with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The single-storey semi-detacheds are 1,392 sf in built-up and 3+1 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. The 1.5-storey variants are the largest, at 1,907 sf with 3 bedrooms complemented by 3 bathrooms.
The existing Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes have been completely sold out, prompting 28 more double-storey semi-detacheds and a additional 10 double-storey bungalows to be in plans for the second phase, though details remain unavailable.
Taman Emas is within close proximity of amenities, with a range of existing, matured commercial hubs and neighbourhoods in the area. Just a few metres up Jalan Kuala Lipis are amenities like restaurants, eateries, convenience stores and SMK Setia Wangsa. The town of Kuala Lipis is a mere few minutes away, where more conveniences like banks, and more commercial hubs can be found. Schools within Kuala Lipis include SMK Clifford, SK Clifford, and SK Wan Ibrahim. Leisurely amenities like the Lipis Valley Golf Club and a driving range are also nearby while Hospital Kuala Lipis is the nearest medical facility to the development.
Accessibility is also a key point of Taman Emas, with its strategic location just off Jalan Kuala Lipis and Jalan Pekeliling, which is the main route leading into town. Jalan Pekeliling also leads to major roadways like Jalan Kuala Tembeling-Kuala Lipis. The Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur - Gua Musang is also accessible via the Central Spine Road not far from Taman Emas.
