Landmarks such as Tapak Pesta Pulau Pinang and the Snake Temple are also nearby, providing options for recreation.

Tenants of the link houses will be able to enjoy travelling to the mainland and other states via the Second Penang Bridge, which is also part of the North-South Highway (NSE). It also has access to townships up north, such as Georgetown, via the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway.
