Taman Jerejak Villa consists of link houses, located in Sungai Nibong. The residence is low-density of nature, with just a total of 26 units. The project was completed in 2011 by Avongold Group, the developer are now in the midst of developing Taman Jerejak Villa 2.
The link houses are three storeys high, with a built-up of 2,880 sf each. The units have a layout of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can fit 2 cars in its porch. As of year 2017, the units go for sale from RM1,500,000 onwards. Rental, on the other hand, starts from RM2,500. The area is located inside a heavily condensed residential area, with easy access to the main road. The houses are suitable for those with big families, or can be used as a holiday home for families who want to take time away from the busy city life.
There are no facilities provided within Taman Jerejak Villa, with no security provided. However, those can be compensated with self-equipped security measures, and the many amenities that can be found nearby.
Tenants of the residence would be please to know that despite being located in a residential area, the link houses will be close to a variety of amenities that are surrounding the area. One of the biggest advantages of the residence is that it is close to Queensbay Mall, which is within walking distance. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Phor Tay and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sungai Nibong.
Over in Bayan Baru, which is just a short drive away from Taman Jerejak Villa, is where more amenities like restaurants, banks and workshops are located. Within the Bayan Baru region as well is where the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone is located, where one can look for work opportunities, because it is where factories and workshops are located. Landmarks such as Tapak Pesta Pulau Pinang and the Snake Temple are also nearby, providing options for recreation.
Tenants of the link houses will be able to enjoy travelling to the mainland and other states via the Second Penang Bridge, which is also part of the North-South Highway (NSE). It also has access to townships up north, such as Georgetown, via the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway.
