No problem living here, only problem is no LRT train station nearby. The closest train station is in Bandar Kinrara, need to drive far for public transport. If want public transport nearby is Rapid KL busses and they are not very consistent. Busses head to Petaling... See More
where you can take the train, or to Sentral. Quite far.
Traffic bad only during peak hours between about 7.30am - 9.30am because all the cars from Puchong town centre use this road to get out. After 10am roads all clear. Roads from here lead to Old Klang Road, not Kuchai Lama.
Security not bad here, quite safe. And no floods also. Used to flood last time about 1992-1994 but government improved river and flood control so no more floods here anymore. And MPSJ do a good job, they clear the drains well and good rubbish control, always clear all the dustbins.
Bought this house in 1992. Developer price was about RM165k but I managed to get it for RM92k. Done some renovations to the house, now the price of property in this area is about RM480k.
This taman is very accessible and very convenient living here. Behind here is a Giant hypermarket and all the banks here also. Got CIMB, Hong Leong, Maybank, Ambank. Only missing RHB... but they have cash point here. Here also alot of makan shop, Malay, Chinese, Indian food.

Neighbor are annoying, security not professional, not well train. Therefor even my girlfriend visit also not allow. Always change guard. Dogs everywhere, chasing people. A lots of pubs, cafe, mamak, 7 eleven, very jam.
