Being a mixed development, there are a variety of shops to cater to the residents every whim as well. The houses here while rather large in size comes at attractive prices, while the low cost apartments are decently priced. With its central location within only 15 minutes of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, the residents' only woes are the traffic congestion which plagues Pandan Indah during peak hours.
