Also known as SS23, Taman SEA is one of the oldest housing districts in Petaling Jaya. Built during the times of the British occupancy, most of these homes have been renovated, demolished, rebuilt and refurbished over time.

As with homes in a well established area, these houses fetch a pretty price in the market, where the price is on a constant incline. With the numerous choices of public transportation around the neighbourhood, not only is it a fantastic home, it is also a great investment.

Close to Uptown and and Taman Megah, my neighbourhood has guarded security. Traffic can be bad during rush hours but a very good residential area since there are schools nearby.

Chinese primary schools and secondary schools for the kids and best of all, more than 10 shopping malls in a 10 minutes driving distance.
Living conduciveness - Safe landed environment (most of the Taman is guarded), good educated neighbours and most of them mid to high income, big shade of matured trees that provide fresh air, fully developed township (no new development means the traffic condition can't get much worse)
Locality - Very centre location with a stone throw away to Damansara, Mont Kiara, Hartamas, KL City Centre, Old Klang Road & Puchong.
All in all, a perfect place for own stay!

Taman SEA is the newer housing compared to the neighbouring Taman Megah and SS2 area. Good for quieter living yet accessible to the vibrant SS2 commercial township and the neighbourhood commercial area at Taman SEA and Taman Megah. Convenient access from LDP and Damansara Jaya.
