The Light Collection IV is a waterfront collection of homes that are catered to the upmarket with their exclusivity on the seafront. Not only will they be within proximity of the mainland of Penang, but they will also be within a few minutes drive of Georgetown, Gurney Drive and also Bayan Lepas.
The trunk roads that will provide residents of The Light Collection IV convenient access to town is Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, while the Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu and Bayan Lepas Expressway will provide easy access to the Penang International Airport.
