The developer "Fitters" only delivered 50% of what was rendered in the brochure and sales kit. All the direct access to shopping mall is shut, except for one unofficial one, due to security reasons? We are sold luxury condo, but it is managed like a low cost flat.... See More
Fountain is forever dirty brown/greenish water and sometimes no water. Facilities are mostly illuminated with white fluorescent tube lights (the one's the road side mamak use). One of the biggest feature of Zetapark, called the Sky Lounge, is like in nonexistance, you need to pay deposit, register, book then only can use. Swimming pool you can expect a lot of muslim friends swimming fully covered toe to head, sometimes can wear t-shirt. Mentality of the residence here are low, expect them to throw rubbish and cigarratte butts out from their window. A lot of black people. Want to use the gym at night? Expect a lot of black people to dominate the machines. Maintenance fee and sinking fund has increased to RM0.44psf. Good luck
