There will be 30 retail lots situated at the base of the building, offering a range of services and products catered to the residents of The Louvre.

The density of living at The Louvre is low, with a total of only 498 units spread out over one block of 34 storeys. Residents of the higher floors will enjoy beautiful views of their surroundings. There are a myriad of layouts for buyers to choose from. While many of them are similarly sized, each unit has a different layout.

The sizes of the homes here will range between 616 sf and 3,745. There have however been many protests from residents in the area against the project of The Louvre, as the site of the project is approximately only a hundred metres away from a school.
