The Rainz at Bukit Jalil, is designed based on the concept of a multi-coloured rainbow – a place where residents of different cultures and ages come together and connect, evoking the warm, neighbourly atmosphere of a resort community.

With three 35-storey towers and a total of 624 units, this is definitely no boutique condominium. However, with ample open spaces and well-thought public space planning, The Rainz does a good job of creating an impression of exclusivity and privacy.

The Rainz is ideal for extended families and households with several generations living under the same roof. Units measuring from 1,513 sf to 1,930 sf are available in relatively rare 4+1 and 5+1 configurations. In fact, the units are considerably larger than those offered by many other exclusive properties around the area.

The developer is well-known for its maiden residential development The Treez. Completed in 2013, it achieved a Green Building Index Silver Award for its eco features and sustainable practices. The Rainz is built on a five-acre land parcel bordering Bukit Jalil and Bukit OUG, within a convenient driving distance from shopping malls such as Mid Valley Megamall and Endah Parade as well as hypermarkets and schools. It is accessible via several highways and main roads – the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Maju Expressway (MEX), Bukit Jalil Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, and Old Klang Road. By the time the property is completed, it will also be within walking distance to two upcoming LRT stations.
