Landscaped pathways run through the entire development, meeting in the heart of the development where the scented gardens are. Continuing through to the other end, a manmade waterfall will greet residents with sunken pavilions to enjoy the scenery from.

Each area within The Re:sident @ Ampang South is well crafted, and every spot is accentuated by landscaping, texture and architecture to bring out the full potential of every aspect.

While secreted within their secret eden, residents of The Re:sident @ Ampang South are actually within only minutes of the Kuala Lumpur city centre and its shopping paradise and its many conveniences inclusive of public transportation. A network of highways close to home also interconnects residents to every part of the city.

Despite is grand designs and the developer’s grand plans for it, there are rumours floating around the internet that the development is in actuality the refurbishment of a very old, rundown and abandoned haunted apartment, where it was said that the evacuation of the building was not done in stages but was very suddenly abandoned in a short period of time as if it was a panic evacuation.

The apartment to be refurbished used to be known by Riviera and was built approximately 20 years ago from the year 2014, where a long time tenant of the area claimed to have broken into the place to play as a child after it was abandoned. Although he claimed the place to be creepy, he never had any supernatural sightings before.

There have also been comments on property forums about the bad architecture and designs on Residence 8, one of the developer’s past projects, which has made some buyers cautious of buying a home at The Re:sident despite its considerably low selling price.

A nice place to live, but due to the fact that the building is close to 20 years old, the water pipes are believed to be rusty and thus some of the units are having brown water.
