The Residence is a beatific high rise located in one of the most desired townships in Kuala Lumpur, and is otherwise known as The Residence TTDI. These homes serve not as just a great family seat; it is also a great investment. These homes are widely sought after and are highly worth their price tags.

This condo however received a lot of attention in November 2013, when a student committed suicide very publicly due to personal issues, causing his parents much pain. Nevertheless, its reputation and prices were not affected while its value continues to rise steadily.
