Within the area as well tenants will be able to find hypermarkets such as Tesco and Giant. There are also a number of commercial hubs within a small radius that provides restaurants, convenience stores and banks. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seksyen 9, Al-Madinah International University, and Management and Science University (MSU).
The View Residences will also have easy access to four major highways, as the highways literally surround the condominium. The four highways are the North-South Highway (NSE), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), ELITE Highway, and the Federal Highway.
