There are 3 hospitals within driving distance, namely Damai Service Hospital, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and Hospital Sentosa. The residence is also close to the heart of the city, and the entertainment district of Bukit Bintang. Shopping malls that can be reached via public transportation include Pavilion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit 88.

TR Residence will have easy access from the Jalan Tun Razak Federal Route, though traffic can be an absolute pain in this area. However, the problem is instantly rectified with the presence of the Titiwangsa Monorail and Light Rail Transit station, as well as a Titiwangsa Mass Rapid Transit station in the works, located just a stone’s throw away.
