Tria Residences @ 9 Seputeh is located in Old Klang Road. It is a condominium with units spread between 3 towers, towering as high as 38 storeys. It is the second phase of the 9 Seputeh masterplan, with Vivo as its first phase of the plan, which includes a signature retail mall.

The condominiums, as mentioned, consists of 3 towers, which are Pelto, Ebon and Cavi. The Pelto tower has 38 storeys, while the Ebon and Cavi towers are both 33 storeys high. Units in Pelto and Ebon have built-ups ranging from 764 sf to 4,489 sf, with a variety of layouts offered. The units within the two towers are priced from RM595,888 onward, and that is a rather justifiable price range, judging by its location.

Tria Residences @ 9 Seputeh focuses on the aspects of luxury, comfort, and well-being of its residents. This has resulted in the 3 towers getting themed facilities, as well as rooftop gardens in each of the towers. Within the condominium complex as well, there are also themed lounges and pavilions for tenants to enjoy. There will also be a rooftop bar and sun decks for extra social hangout spots. There is also an infinity pool, a wading pool and jacuzzi for residents to enjoy.

Apart from having fun with the facilities in the premises, Tria Residences @ 9 Seputeh will be close to a number of amenities, most of them being Klang Valley’s landmarks. The nearest town is Taman Desa, which houses Scott Garden, one of Old Klang Road’s hottest social hotspots. The condominiums are also just 500m away from Mid Valley, and within a short drive away from Bangsar, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya, where more amenities such as hospitals, banks, and shopping centres can be found.

Living in the 9 Seputeh area will be a great asset to any tenant with the amount of roads being able to access it. This also means more options to avoid the KL traffic at any time. The condominium is facing two highways, namely the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the East-West Link Expressway, linking tenants to the mentioned townships. There is also a proposed dedicated link to the NPE that is in the midst of completion.
