Tropicana Bay Residences is a high-rise condominium development designed with the need for unimpeded views of the ocean and the Penang hill in mind, along with convenience of location. The residences are also within close proximity to transportation hubs such as the Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal, Sungai Nibong Rapid Penang Bus Hub and Sungai Nibong Taxi Station.
