Encouraging green living, all the four condominiums within Tropicana Metropark as well as the three future office towers will be connected to the city via the new KTM station, that will be located at the upcoming 15,000,000 sf shopping mall within Tropicana Metropark.

Accessibility to the township will also be extremely convenient with the new access road being built that will provide residents and visitors a direct entrance from immediately after the Batu 3 toll road. Utilising this road, getting to the township of Klang will take a mere 15 minutes.

For investment wise, to be frank, you have alot of competitor as now the masterplan having few blocks of residences. So the traffic wise might be an issue soon. But as they have flyover, direct link in and out to Federal, it is very convenient.
Safety wise, yes, it is very safe here, quite often see police patrolling as this is a high-end area, all bungalow and SEMI D surrounded. And most importantly, BN data recovery center just right beside. HAHA
if you buy now, definitely you can earn more as when the whole township is complete, the price will definitely flyhigh.
