Tropics City is a mixed-development project from Regal International Group, constructed with the concept of ‘Live, Safe, Work, Play’ that perfectly complements the modern Sarawakian’s lifestyle. The project consists of an apartment, SOHO apartment, commercial development, and a shopping mall, all in one place to serve as the most convenient location. Tropics City consists of 90 units of SOHO apartments, 262 residential units, and 232 commercial units. Overall, there are 90 units in Tower A, ranging from either SOHO units, studio units, or normal apartment units.
Tower C is made up of solely apartment units from the 5th to 12th floor, and also 3 apartment layouts. Type A has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom measuring 673 sf; Type B has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,095 sf to 1,188 sf; and Type C consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a built-up of 1,188 sf to 1,386 sf. The grand total of apartment units in Tower C is 95.
On the other hand, Tower E consists of 56 units with 2 types of apartment layouts. Type A ranges from 1,106 sf to 1,312 sf with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whereas Type B has a built-up of 1,386 sf and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As a whole, Tower E consists of 56 apartment units within the 8 storeys available.
Poised as the first enrichment mall in Sarawak, the ‘rent-only’ Tropics City project is inclusive of a learning centre, home to a play school, art school, ballet school, music school, tuition centre, and many more amenities that would greatly interest children and young families. Adding on to that, Tropics City features a private clubhouse that includes a cafe, aqua gym, gymnasium, spa, sauna, swimming pool, children’s play area, and a multi-sports area.
Not too far from the city centre, Tropics City is close to Friendship Park, Brighton Square, Premier 101, and CityOne Megamall. It is also within convenient location to Swinburne University of Technology, Borneo Medical Centre, and UCSI University, among others.
