twentyfive.7 is a mixed development located next to Kota Kemuning, developed by Gamuda Land. The development will be placed quayside, and will consists of a commercial hub with retail outlets, and uniquely designed homes.

The development ensures that facilities are within reach, it is divided into 3 key areas, which are named Quayside, Designer Homes and Community-scapes. Quayside will be the commercial hub of the area, and retail names such as MBO Cinemas, Tai Thong Restaurant, Jaya Grocer and a few others have agreed to be key tenants of the hub.

The Designer Homes will be made up of homes that are not of your usual design. Instead of the ‘cookie-cutter’ facades, the designs are flexible, and will give tenants the opportunity to create a home in their own image. There are two types of units available, which are the superlink and semi-detached homes. Both types have a built-up ranging from 2,120 sf, and are priced from RM950,000 onwards. There are 181 superlink units and 98 semi-detached homes up for grabs.

twentyfive.7 is striving to create an environment for community living, by designing walkways and parks linear to the homes, so that social interaction can be cultivated. Thus, the concept of Community-scapes was born, with the idea of event spaces and other commercial outlets located nearby other parts of the development. There will also be walkways and lanes linking residents to the whole of the development.

The mixed development, as a whole, is enough to provide for its tenants, thanks to Quayside and Community-scapes. However, it is also not very far away from the Kota Kemuning town, where tenants can find more amenities, ranging from restaurants, offices, clinics and workshops. Schools that are near the area are mostly based in Kota Kemuning town, such as SK Bukit Kemuning 2, SMK Kota Kemuning and SJK (C) Chung Hua Kota Kemuning. Developing townships neighbouring twentyfive.7 such as Eco Sanctuary, will also provide some amenities once it has been completed.

The mixed development is a straight road away from the KESAS Highway, linking tenants to other townships such as Subang Jaya and Klang. Tenants will not have to fret over the lack of accessibility to major highways, as there will be the West Coast Expressway (WCE), which is slated to be completed by 2019. The WCE will connect the development to Banting, Selangor and Changkat Jering.
