Description

USJ 6 is one of the quietest neighbourhoods within the residential area of UEP Subang Jaya, dedicated to family living. There was however a case in 2009 where there was a proposal to build a 9-storey commercial building in the area on a land marked for utilities in USJ 6 which the residents protested against. Although the issue quieted down for a while, the project itself nevertheless took off in 2013 much to the rage of the residents.

Too many cars and there is not enough parking. Safety wise, no security services but overall still ok. But got cases happened before. It is quite near to Taipan, so it is quite convenience.

Convenient, opposite Taipan, with easy access to eateries, banks and stores. The only improvement the area needs would be for it to be a gated & guarded community for security reasons.
