V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity is the second exclusive property development in Sunway Velocity, Cheras. Dubbed the “City of Endless Possibilities”, Sunway Velocity is an integrated development that will be home to serviced residences, a hotel, shopping mall and even a hospital.

V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity is only one of the residential developments, and was very popular in the market with the units selling out shortly after its launch. V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity offers a very low density of living to its residents, with a total of only 334 units in one block.

The sizes of the units at V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity varies, but not by much. They are sized between 850 sf and 1,130 sf, with two bedrooms each. And every unit at V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity comes with only one parking lot, regardless of its size.

Accessibility to public transportation is one of the key selling points of V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity. There will be not one, but two underground MRT stations within walking distance of the development, one at either end of Sunway Velocity. These stations will connect seamlessly to the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Accessibility to highways are also a gem with the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) a short ride out.
