V-Residensi 2 is a new high rise development centrally located in the neighbourhood of Section 22, Shah Alam. It is a freehold mixed development that will integrate home living with a shopping mall below the homes. The entire development will be sprawled across 4.63 acres of land.

V-Residensi 2 will consist of 616 units of serviced apartments which will be spread out over two blocks of 23 storeys each. These homes will enjoy various panoramic views depending on the direction the unit faces, but the retail lots below the serviced apartments will enjoy high frontage view with premium visibility for its shops.

Cosy but convenient at the same time, residents of V-Residensi 2 will enjoy spacious and well-built homes that will come partially furnished. The kitchens will be fully furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets, hoods and hob, and the living rooms and bedrooms will be furnished with air-conditioners. Getting around via private vehicle is however just as convenient with the highly accessible Federal Highway located minutes away. The Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) is just south of the development, accessible via the nearby entry point to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

V-Residensi 2 is a product of a developer’s vision to design and create contemporary, eco-oriented living quarters complete with lifestyle facilities within a family-centred living environment with a homely feel from its architectural layouts to its lush landscaping where each unit is provided with two free parking bays. Greeted with exuberant response from the market, it appears that the developers of V-Residensi 2 have achieved their vision.
