Amenities near the service apartment include the wholesale market of NSK Trade City, Mydin Supermarket, Selayang Mall, and restaurants, cafes, shops and Malay-medium national schools. The Kuala Lumpur city centre is less than 20km away via Jalan Kuching and Route 1, giving residents access to a wide array of shopping, dining and business options.

Thus, with relatively low price tags and an easily-reachable location near areas like Batu Caves, Sentul and Kepong, V-Residensi 5 is a worthwhile property to consider for buyers and investors alike.
