V @ SummerPlace is a high-rise serviced apartment located in Johor Bahru. The building houses 260 units, and was completed in 2016. Located really close to the border between Malaysia and Singapore, the luxurious apartment is highly sought after by citizens of both countries.
There are only 3 layouts in the serviced apartment complex, namely Type A, B and C. All 3 vary in terms of size and style, so to accommodate the different kinds of target market. Type A is the most compact unit, with a built-up size of 642 sf, and comes with 1 bedroom, 1 utility room and 1 bathroom. Type B is a duplex unit, with a size of 1,002 sf, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with each room strategically placed on both floors. Type C is the largest unit, housing 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at 1,375 sf. The development came with a launch price of RM450,000, and is suitable for working adults as well as small to medium-sized families.
There are 3 floors dedicated for facilities in V @ SummerPlace, all encompassing elements in a person’s daily routine. For fitness, there is a jogging track, sky gym, and a tennis court. Meanwhile, indoor and outdoor cafes within the complex makes up the social element for residents. There are also jacuzzis on two of the facility floors. To complete the sky elements of the building, there is a sky loggia and a sky garden where tenants can go and marvel at the view and enjoy some fresh air. To make things better, there’s even a golf simulator which residents can use.
Located within the central business district of Johor Bahru, V @ SummerPlace has direct access to most of Johor Bahru’s landmarks. The Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) building, one of the main gateways to Singapore, is located within walking distance, which makes travelling to Singapore very convenient. It is also a stone’s throw away from JB City Square, where residents can do their shopping and enjoy the entertainment options within. There are also various commercial areas nearby which supplies amenities such as restaurants, convenience stores, mini-marts, and government service offices.
As stated, the serviced apartment is placed close to the border, making access to and from Singapore even more convenient. This is also due to the Jalan Singapore - Sultan Iskandar CIQ JB route, as the highway also connects to the Johor Bahru East Dispersal Link Highway, an alternative route to reach V @ SummerPlace.
