Villa Puteri is a high rise development located in Putra, smack in the middle of the busy city centre. Also known as Villa Puteri Residences, it is situated next to The Mall, Legend Hotel, Villa Putera, and Regalia. For a mature development, Villa Puteri provides a range of tropical resort-style setting for its facilities and spacious units for residents to choose from.

Villa Puteri is very well maintained by the management and its security system is strict and tight, which could be a reason why a majority of its residents here are expatriates, students and foreigners. Traffic congestion is common within the area, mostly during peak hours, and at one point, the development was affected by floods after a thunderstorm in 2009.

Strategic. Convenient. Clean and well maintained. Good management team. Right next to Sunway Putra Mall: good for groceries or window shopping.
Walking distance to LRT and KTM stations. But the noise from the LRT train can be unbearable.
