Villa Seri Puteri is a recently-completed high rise development located in Taman Permata of Cheras with a view of KLCC. Despite being built on what was previously a mining pond, surrounded by many low-cost developments with some high-tension wires close to the development, most of the units were sold out a day after its official launch. This is due to Villa Seri Puteri's strategic location in the already-established township of Cheras where accessibility and connectivity are stable and there are plenty of ways for residents to get by, hassle-free, on a daily basis.
