Villa Wangsamas is a high density, high rise development situated on elevated land and framed by lush greenery in Wangsa Maju with a panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline. It is strategically located next to the Wangsa Maju Urban Centre, not far from the housing enclave of Setiawangsa.
There was a delay, however, during the Villa Wangsamas hand-over stage and residents have complained about the lack of quality workmanship. As a result, both tenants and owners are wary of the developer despite it being an affordable place to rent and purchase.
