Vista Mutiara is a high rise condominium centrally located in the matured district of Kepong. While this condominium is a decent place to call home, the history of the management body is not as pretty with the accumulation of many issues resulting in the residents suing the previous management body for compensation.
The management is as such currently made of the residents themselves, where circumstances have improved by much. Potential residents may however want to note that there were two separate cases of individuals being found with drugs on the property.
