Vistaria Residensi is a low density development located in the matured and populous vicinity of Cheras. Vistaria Residensi is also known as Vistaria Residency, and the residents living here are given the luxury of a private sky garden for each unit. The development is a low density property and the area around it tends to get congested with other high rise properties nearby. Also, the location of Vistaria Residensi is arguably close to the night market at Taman Cantik, which results in the area being polluted with noise.
There was an incident that occurred in 2013 where three security guards were hacked up like ‘meat’ at Vistaria Residensi by two robbers with parangs. A resident who left the place at 6.50am was greeted by a broken and smashed in security guardhouse when he returned home shortly after, and was told by a security guard to run away as he was trying to park his car as there were thieves around. Fortunately, all the three security guards survived and another guard escaped unhurt. This is said to not be the first incident of this kind at Vistaria Residensi.
