Wisma Mirama is a single tower of business units located in Pudu within the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. This property is surrounded by other business developments, sports complexes and retail shops. Wisma Mirama is situated just a drive away from Berjaya Times Square, Sungai Wang Plaza, Pavilion KL and KLCC, where plenty of amenities can be found. Wisma Mirama is an old development, and judging from its market trend and the many transactions that were recorded since 2005, it is difficult to decipher the stability of investment in this property.
