Wisteria is a collection of landed homes located in the Bandar Rimbayu township development close to Kota Kemuning, Selangor. A succession of 4 prior phases in the highly-coveted development, expectations were high when the Wisteria homes were launched.
Buyers who have been eyeing a home in the township amidst nature will not be disappointed with the Wisteria phase offering 231 units of spacious and sophisticated double-storey link homes, completed in 2018.
The Wisteria units are designed to invite nature indoors, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and folding doors opening up to the balconies enabling views of the central park and the many linear parks running along the homes.
There are 3 layouts for buyers to take their pick, each offering 3+1 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. All 3 variants knowns as the Type A, Type B and Type C are similar in terms of built-up size, with the Type A being 2,446 sf (end lot) and 2,424 sf (intermediate), the Type B at 2,454 sf (corner units) and 2,388 sf (intermediate), followed by the Type C at 2,492 sf (corner) and 2,449 sf (intermediate).
The only difference between the 3 is in terms of layout, whereby the living rooms will be on the ground floor for the Type A and Type C will be at the back of the home, uniquely designed to enable serene views of the linear park. Each home is equipped with a basic alarm system and automatic gates for easier access to the 2-car car porch, while a solar water heater system provides heating for water in the bathrooms. A rainwater harvesting system is also available for outdoor usage like watering plants and washing.
Beautifully designed and expansively spacious within a gated and guarded community, it is no wonder why the Wisteria homes command premium prices. Launching at a starting price of RM956,800, the homes are expected to fetch even higher prices in the future, given the demand for them. However, buyers should take note that the homes are of leasehold tenure.
Residents will also get to enjoy facilities ranging from an Olympic-sized pool to badminton courts and even a bazaar space at the Bandar Rimbayu clubhouse. Amenities will be within easy reach of Wisteria, with the commercial component of Bandar Rimbayu township offering conveniences like restaurants, grocery stores, and more upon its completion. For now, most amenities like schools, supermarkets, petrol stations, banks and the likes can be found in the towns of Telok Panglima Garang, Bandar Saujana Putra and Kota Kemuning.
Wisteria at Bandar Rimbayu is highly accessible to and from other areas of the Klang Valley and Selangor, with the Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) and Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam (LKSA) linking to Subang (19.6km), Petaling Jaya (35.3km), Damansara (27km), Puchong (23.6km), Shah Alam (25.9km), and even the KL city centre (45.1km).
The South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) on the other hand, connects to Putrajaya (28.2km), Cyberjaya (23.5km) and Kajang (33.3km), while the Expressway Lingkaran Tengah (ELITE) enables access to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport as well as other southern states. The proposed West Coast Expressway (WCE) will also see increased accessibility in the western region of the peninsula, stretching from Banting (not too far from the development) to Taiping, Perak.
